We don't collect payment details through this website, because there is no online checkout; any payment for a print is arranged directly with you once your order is confirmed.

How we use it. We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to organise your order and its delivery. We don't sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.

Website analytics. This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track you individually across websites. Because no tracking cookies are used, this site doesn't need a cookie banner.

How your enquiry is delivered. Enquiry form submissions are sent to our business email address via our website's hosting provider. Your information is only used for the purpose you provided it: to hear back from us about your enquiry.

How long we keep it. We keep enquiry and order correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to complete your order and for our own record-keeping, and delete it when it's no longer needed.

Your rights. You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing whitsundayartimages@gmail.com.
