This website is a showcase of our photography and a way to enquire about a print. There is no online checkout. All orders are arranged directly between you and us following an enquiry, and are subject to us confirming the details (size, medium, price and delivery) with you before production begins.

All photographs, images and content on this website are the original work of Whitsunday Art Images and are protected by copyright. You're welcome to view and enjoy them on this site, but they may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, reprinted or used commercially without our written permission. Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright in the image, which remains ours.

Pricing

Prices shown on this site (including "from" prices) are indicative starting points only and may change. The final price for your order is the one confirmed with you in writing before production begins, and that confirmed price is the one that applies to your order.

Accuracy

We do our best to make sure descriptions, images and pricing on this site are accurate, but colours and finishes can vary slightly between what you see on a screen and the finished physical print, due to differences in screens, printing processes and materials.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded.
